At Nomad the Label, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original compostable mailer.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued to your original payment method.
